Administrator
We are recruiting for an Administrator on a full-time and permanent basis for our client based on the outskirts of Coalville, Leicestershire.
Hours: 9.00 am-5.00 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: -25,00028,500, depending on experience

The Administration role
The Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, with a particular focus on project coordination. Working with clients, colleagues, suppliers, statutory authorities and other third parties, you will keep documentation accurate, follow up actions and approvals, and support effective financial and operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general company administration support, including reception duties, telephone messages and prompt follow-up of calls.
- Prepare correspondence and reports, and manage printing, scanning, filing and document control.
- Coordinate project submissions to clients, statutory authorities and other third parties.
- Complete forms and organise supporting documents and design information.
- Monitor responses and approvals, maintain full progress records, and provide weekly updates to colleagues and clients.
- Communicate proactively with clients, colleagues and statutory bodies, including Building Control, NHBC, planning and highway authorities, the Environment Agency and statutory undertakers.
- Support internal processes for client, supplier and project management, including printing and staff expense claims.
- Prepare company performance reports for directors and other senior colleagues.
- Process sales invoices and credit notes, prepare and issue sales invoices, and assist with credit control when required.
- Organise diaries and calendars.
- Purchase products and services required by the company.
- Undertake other suitable duties needed to support the smooth running of the business.
About you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in report writing and client liaison.
- Previous experience of corresponding professionally with external organisations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A full, clean driving licence and access to a private car insured for business use.
