What You''ll Be Doing: Supporting the Freight Forwarding and Customs team with daily administration. Preparing and processing customs documentation. Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport partners. Ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Keeping records and systems updated. Providing excellent customer service and administrative support. What We''re Looking For: Excellent communication and organisational skills. Good attention to detail. Confident using computers and Microsoft Office. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Ability to work well as part of a team. No previous Freight Forwarding or Customs experience required full training provided! What''s On Offer?
