Office and HR Administrator Our signature client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Office and HR Administrator to join their dynamic support team in Bristol. This 9-month fixed term contract offers an excellent opportunity to support both office operations and HR functions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact client delivery and employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCreating client documentation during engagement and onboarding processes, including engagement letters and compliance proceduresEnsuring efficient running and cleanliness of the Bristol office, coordinating facilities and supplier relationshipsManaging diaries, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements for team membersSupporting HR administration including employee records, recruitment processes and onboarding coordinationAdministering team benefits such as private healthcare, wellness activities, and social eventsLiaising with other offices to support multi-site operationsProviding occasional PA support to Directors and organising company eventsWhat We''re Looking ForExperience in administrative support roles within fast-paced office environmentsStrong attention to detail with proven ability to produce accurate documentsExcellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistentlyStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systemsProfessional services industry experienceProactive problem-solving ..... full job details .....
