Safety Administrator Salary: Up to £28,000 Full-time Permanent Office Based SF Recruitment are working with a well-established business to recruit a Safety Administrator to join their Safety team. The business has a strong focus on safety across the organisation, with a number of projects and initiatives underway and significant support from the senior leadership team. With much of the practical activity already taking place, they are now looking for a strong Administrator who can bring structure to the team and ensure actions, information and documentation are properly followed through. This role doesn''t require previous Health and Safety experience. We''re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident chasing actions and working with different people across a business. The role Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Safety team Keeping track of actions and following up with relevant teams to ensure these are completed Updating reports, spreadsheets and internal documentation Inputting and maintaining accurate safety-related data Attending Safety meetings and taking notes/actions Following up on outstanding actions after meetings Supporting the preparation of reports and management information Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is kept up to date Working closely with the Project Manager and wider Safety team Coordinating information from different departments across the business Providing general ..... full job details .....
