Temporary Data Administrator - Leeds (LS15)

Location: LS15, Leeds
Pay: -13.50 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
Hybrid Working: Work from home on Mondays and Fridays
Contract: 3-4 month temporary assignment with the potential to be extended
Start Date: ASAP

We''re recruiting for a Data Administrator to join a busy logistics team in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and experience working across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing high volumes of data and invoices

• Using Excel to update, manage, and validate information

• Working across multiple internal systems to maintain accurate records

• Ensuring data is entered correctly and discrepancies are identified and resolved

• Supporting the logistics team with administrative and data processing tasks

• Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous administration or data entry experience

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using multiple systems

• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

• Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
