Commercial Administrator

We are currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to join a busy firm on a 6-month fixed-term contract, running until the end of January 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator to work within a fast-paced infrastructure environment, supporting commercial and operational teams with accurate data, documentation and administrative processes.
The Role As a Commercial Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across a number of projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing administrative tasks
- Processing applications submitted to clients.
- Maintaining data schedules and ensuring key project and programme information is kept up to date.
- Liaising with operational teams and different departments.
- Working to agreed timescales and managing competing deadlines effectively.
- Working on different systems report
You will ideally have:
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling information.
- Confidence communicating with operational and commercial teams.
- The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Previous experience working within an infrastructure, construction, highways or similar environment would be advantageous.
- 6 month fixed-term contract, through to the end of January 2027
