About the Role

An Administrator position is available in Exeter with RGB Recruitment, offering £14.31 per hour on a temporary contract running until mid-November 2026. This full-time role requires 37 hours weekly, split between shifts of 07:30–15:30 and 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. Working for a local housing provider, you will handle repair cases, aiming to cut missed appointments and enhance customer service. Your duties involve processing no-access cases and collaborating with departments such as Customer Services, Enforcement, Housing, and Planning. Strong organisational abilities are essential, as you will manage each case accurately from initiation to resolution. Weekly pay and holiday entitlement are included.

We are looking for an orgasnised Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary basis.
Working for a local housing provider you will be working within a key role supporting the repair cases and helping to reduce missed appointments and improve the overall service provided to customers. You will work closely with a range of internal departments, ensuring cases are managed accurately, efficiently and from start to finish.
  Key Responsibilities

  • Process no-access repair cases f
  • Work closely with teams including Customer Services, Enforcement, Housing and Planning.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Planning team.
  • Investigate booking issues and help find suitable resolutions.
  • Keep up to date with internal systems, procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Produce daily reports
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues re
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good customer service experience.
  • Confidence in having professional conversations with customers regarding access for repairs
  • Experience using IT systems and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Teams.
