£16.17ph plus holiday pay
3 months ( temp contract – weekly pay )
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Due to increased demand a leading Housing company based in Cornwall require 2 Administrators to process letting allocations and exchange applications.
The Role:
- Customer service role, raising repair orders for tenant properties
- Providing a first point of contact service for callers
- Offering an efficient, responsive, and accountable administration service.
- Working with customers and colleagues in fast changing environment.
- Fulfilling data entry tasks
The Candidate
- Team player and can work well within a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain detailed records
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Good IT skills , Proficient in using property management software or Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel), and email systems
- Must have Previous experience within administration/Customer Service
- Ideally worked within the property or real estate industry.
