We are looking for an Administrator and Scheduling Coordinator to join a busy team within a growing housing provider.
This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing operatives’ and surveyors’ diaries, keeping customers updated and ensuring works are planned and delivered efficiently.
What you’ll be doing :
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating the diaries of operatives and surveyors
- Managing and monitoring jobs to ensure work is progressing as planned
- Liaising with customers to arrange appointments
- Working closely with colleagues, contractors
- Identifying potential delays or problems and taking action to resolve them
- Supporting the smooth delivery of Damp and Mould inspections, repairs
- Ensuring appointments and workloads are managed efficiently
- Supporting colleagues with general administration and coordination tasks
What is required :
- Previous experience in administration, scheduling, planning or coordination would be an advantage
- Experience managing appointments, diaries
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when updating records and systems
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
- A positive, flexible and team-focused attitude
