We''re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused professional to join a busy operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied and rewarding role where you''ll play a key part in supporting the delivery of professional qualifications and assessments, ensuring processes run smoothly, accurately, and to strict deadlines.
Working within a collaborative team, you''ll liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including learners, employers, contractors, assessors, and external partners, providing first-class support and ensuring a positive experience throughout the assessment journey.
The Role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating assessment-related activities, supporting candidates and external stakeholders, and ensuring critical processes are delivered accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating assessment administration and ensuring the accuracy of data and documentation.
- Providing first-line support to candidates and external partners via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Managing high-volume shared inboxes and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Supporting assessment delivery, including liaising with external centres and resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal and external systems.
- Processing and validating data with a high level of attention to detail.
- Coordinating communications with external stakeholders, contractors, examiners, and assessors.
- Organising meetings, preparing documentation, and supporting administrative projects.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Supporting investigations, evidence gathering, and case administration where required.
- Assisting with the administration of professional courses, seminars, and development programmes.
