The ideal candidate will have a professional phone etiquette, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Day-to-day of the role:Manage professional phone communications within the office.Compile weekly timesheets and support the accounts office.Work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.Archive files and maintain meticulous records.Organise and maintain records related to construction organisations such as CHAS/Safecontractor, DBS, etc.Provide comprehensive support to office and site staff, including raising POs and producing OandM''s, HandS documents.Assist in purchasing supplies for the office and company apparel.Ensure effective multitasking across various administrative tasks.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience within an office environment; experience in a construction-related office is advantageous.High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Good interpersonal skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong written communication skills.Ability to handle ..... full job details .....
