This role suits an organised, customer-focused administrator who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities include:Inputting and maintaining contract details in Business CentralSupporting Contracts Managers with customer liaisonRaising purchase orders and managing deliveriesMaintaining accurate electronic records and spreadsheetsManaging subcontractor paperwork and warranty claimsOnboarding and supporting customers throughout their journeyAbout you:Previous administration experience with a customer service focusStrong communication skills and a professional telephone mannerConfident using Outlook, Excel and Word (Business Central desirable)Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressureBenefits:23 days holiday plus bank holidaysEmployee discounts and assistance programmePension scheme (up to 4% company match)Free on-site parkingInterested?
