As the appointed Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.About the RoleThis is a varied administrative role supporting a busy construction office. Responsibilities will include:Providing day-to-day administrative support to project and site teamsActing as a first point of contact for suppliers, contractors, and internal colleaguesPreparing and maintaining documentation such as job packs, compliance records, and reportsCoordinating diaries, meetings, and site documentationUpdating internal systems with accurate and timely informationSupporting invoicing processes and general office administrationAbout YouPrevious experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong communication skills with a professional and approachable mannerHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelProactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneouslySalary and Working PatternSalary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annumMonday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmOffice-based roleCandidates must have the Right to Work in the UKBenefits25 days ..... full job details .....
