Administrator
Reed Business Support are currently working exclusively with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced administrator on an initial 2-month temporary contract. This role supports the compliance and licensing department and would suit someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.The RoleYou will support the licensing function by working closely with internal teams and external authorities to manage applications, payments, and regulatory compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesLiaising with local councils to obtain Premises Licence Holder and Permit informationCompleting and submitting permit applications accurately and within required timeframesCompiling and processing BACS payment requisitionsWorking collaboratively with Business Development Managers and other internal stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with current regulatory requirementsProviding general administrative support as requiredRequired SkillsetConfident liaising with third partiesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAble to adapt quickly in a busy, team-focused environmentContract Details:Contract: Temporary - 2 monthsSalary: £13.85phWorking hours; Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pension schemeLife insuranceHow to ApplyIf you are available at short notice and have the right attributes for the role, please use the link or call Reed ..... full job details .....
