This role is crucial for ensuring accurate processing of documentation, maintaining stock records, handling customer enquiries and supporting day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork. Day-to-day of the role:  Serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors and telephone enquiries, providing professional and friendly service. Assist with processing customer requests, orders and general enquiries in line with company procedures. Support colleagues across the branch to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Manage goods in administration, including processing delivery notes, stock transfer documents and ensuring accurate entry into company systems.
