The role supports the day-to-day administration of pension schemes, ensuring all member transactions are processed accurately, in line with regulatory requirements and agreed service levels. Delivering a high-quality, professional service to members and stakeholders is central to this position.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess pension scheme transactions including contributions, transfers, retirements and benefit paymentsMaintain accurate member records and update internal systemsRespond to member queries with clear, professional communicationEnsure all work is completed in line with procedures, regulatory timescales and service levelsEscalate issues, risks or complaints to the line manager promptlyWork collaboratively with the team to meet overall service objectivesAbout YouPrevious experience in an administrative or customer service roleBasic understanding of financial services or pensions desirableStrong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlinesGood written and verbal communication skillsConfident using Microsoft Office, ..... full job details .....
