This role is ideal for someone with previous dispatch or transport knowledge who enjoys a varied administrative position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProducing FedEx labels and managing FedEx shipmentsBooking transport for collections and deliveriesPreparing delivery notes for outgoing ordersHandling incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages, and passing them to Account ManagersProviding administrative support to Account ManagersOrdering pallets from PPP and monitoring pallet usageCreating and printing dispatch and shipping labelsCarrying out stationery and label stock checks and placing orders where requiredMaintaining accurate dispatch and transport recordsAssisting in other departments when required, acting as a general support resourceSupporting dispatch/warehouse operations during busy periodsThe Ideal CandidateSome experience or knowledge of dispatch, transport, or logistics processesStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident telephone manner and good communication skil...</description>
