Location: Ipswich | Salary: £12.92/hour | Type: Temporary | Job Description: Job Title: Administrator / Receptionist Trust Location: East Suffolk & North Essex NHS Foundation Trust Location: Ipswich Hospital, IP4 5TP Hours: 37.5 hours per week Working Pattern: – Monday- Friday mixture of 8am – 4pm and 9am – 5pm shifts Duration: Temporary for 2 months with possibility of extension Job Reference: 90122 Job Summary: · Greeting patients and marking them as arrived for their face-to-face outpatient appointment · Answering, screening, and forwarding telephone calls · Booking outpatient appointments (filing empty slots & Bookings 6 weeks ahead) · Checking out previous day’s appointments from the DAR · Uploading Advice & Guidance · Postal duties · Ad hoc admin duties i.e. scanning etc. Experience Required • Previous Reception/office based administrative work • Good verbal and written communication skills – an excellent telephone manner is needed • Previous experience of working with confidential patient information • Excellent attention to detail • Ideally experience working with NHS systems i.e. Epic, SystmOne, Evolve • Ability to multi-task – very fast paced environment
