This is to include convening meetings and booking meetings when necessary. You must be able to Administrator accurately summarise complex data and work with highly sensitive and emotive information in a confidential, professional manner. You will have good written and verbal communication skills, be experienced in working to agreedAdministrator standards and deadlines and will have made a positive contribution to teamwork. Also important are flexible approach to work, recent office experience teamwork and interpersonal skills. Minute taking takes place on a laptop. In addition to minute taking skills you will need excellent organisational skills, be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
