      <description>Location: Sudbury | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Job title:  Supply Chain Administrator   Location:  Sudbury, Suffolk (Hybrid: 2 days per week at home after initial training period)   Contract length:  12 months  Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO &amp; MSP Recruitment Services are seeking a proactive Administrator to join our client’s project team. You will work closely with purchasing and supply chain leads, engaging with vendors to ensure all necessary documentation is gathered and systems are updated.   Key Responsibilities   	 	 Provide general administration for project and supply chain initiatives 	 	 	 Communicate with suppliers: share purchase orders, gather acknowledgments and maintain contact lists. 	 	 	 Track project paperwork (QMS/compliance) and follow up with stakeholders for completion 	 	 	 Support team meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes) 	 	 	 Assist with supplier and team member onboarding 	    Requirements   	 	 Strong administrative experience 	 	 	 Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable proactively calling vendors 	 	 	 IT literate (proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly VLookups in Excel) 	 	 	 Supply chain background is preferred but not essential 	 &lt;/ul</description>
