The RoleAs a Compliance Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating compliance records and documentation
- Monitoring company procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Liaising with internal departments and external organisations
- Supporting internal audits and compliance checks
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate databases
- Providing general administrative support to the compliance team
- Previous experience in an administration or compliance position
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel experience is advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
