We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrator to join a dynamic team for our Wolverhampton client. The sucessful candidate will contribute to the smooth functioning of the daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence, preparing documents, reports, and presentations, and maintaining records.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for consultants, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions.
- Scheduling and organising team meetings, client meetings, or events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Coordinating and managing consultants' schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and ensuring equipment is in working order.
- Acting as a point of contact for client communications, responding to inquiries, and relaying messages to the team.
- Processing invoices, managing expense claims, and supporting budget tracking.
- Maintaining and updating databases or project files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with arranging travel is a plus.
