We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Administrator to join our supply chain team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of orders, inventory management and administrative coordination between the warehouse and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, a strong communicator and capable of supporting both administrative and hands-on warehouse tasks when needed. This role may involve occasional manual handling or physical activity in the warehouse.
Administrator Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Process and check incoming surveys and documentation.
- Process customer and internal orders accurately and efficiently.
- Book stock into Sage, maintain up-to-date inventory records and manage reporting of cycle counting
- Perform goods receipting and dispatch orders through internal systems.
- Ensure all paperwork and records are filed and maintained correctly and support resolving invoice queries.
- Carry out stocktaking and inventory checks as required.
- Run system reports and perform regular system audits.
- Escalate any discrepancies, issues, or queries to the appropriate departments.
- Accurately input data into internal databases and maintain system integrity.
- Act as the key point of contact between the warehouse and logistics partners.
- Coordinate and help optimise deliveries and outbound logistics.
- Support the management of office and warehouse facilities and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and all relevant company procedures.
- Computer literate - Excel (advanced), MS Word and Outlook
- Sage 200 (Preferred)
- Salesforce (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience within fast moving environments
- Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- A good team player, with the ability to work independently
