We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Administrator to join our supply chain team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of orders, inventory management and administrative coordination between the warehouse and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, a strong communicator and capable of supporting both administrative and hands-on warehouse tasks when needed. This role may involve occasional manual handling or physical activity in the warehouse.
 
Administrator Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Process and check incoming surveys and documentation.
  • Process customer and internal orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Book stock into Sage, maintain up-to-date inventory records and manage reporting of cycle counting
  • Perform goods receipting and dispatch orders through internal systems.
  • Ensure all paperwork and records are filed and maintained correctly and support resolving invoice queries.
  • Carry out stocktaking and inventory checks as required.
  • Run system reports and perform regular system audits.
  • Escalate any discrepancies, issues, or queries to the appropriate departments.
  • Accurately input data into internal databases and maintain system integrity.
  • Act as the key point of contact between the warehouse and logistics partners.
  • Coordinate and help optimise deliveries and outbound logistics.
  • Support the management of office and warehouse facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and all relevant company procedures.
The successful Administrator will have the following skills and expereince:
  • Computer literate - Excel (advanced), MS Word and Outlook
  • Sage 200 (Preferred)
  • Salesforce (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience within fast moving environments
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • A good team player, with the ability to work independently
In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of £24,000-£25,000 depending on your skills and experience. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-5pm its based in Redditch with free parking it will be based within a Warehouse office environment.
