- Hourly Rate: £12.21
- Annual Equivalent Salary: Approximately £23,800

- Shift Patterns (Rotational):

- 07:00 – 15:00
- 09:00 – 17:00
- 11:00 – 19:00

££ Role Purpose The role supports the day-to-day operations of a busy transportation and logistics department, with responsibilities including:

- Rapid identification and resolution of transport-related issues.
- Accurate collation and management of documentation, such as delivery notes and manifests.
- Maintenance of up-to-date and accessible files and records.
- Regular use of email and phone for communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Re-booking of missed orders or transport loads.
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
- Escalating issues to relevant supervisors or coordinators as needed.
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.
- Working closely with UK and European transport teams to ensure transport plans are executable.

££ Required Experience and Skills

- Experience in supply chain operations, preferably in a retail context.
- Background in office-based administration.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of transport logistics.
- Experience in international or European logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with asset-light or third-party logistics models.
