On behalf of our valued client, Pertemps are currently recruiting for a full-time Administrator to join a busy Head Office team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a varied, office-based role supporting both Head Office functions and retail store operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCollecting and accurately inputting data across the departmentChecking and logging accident reportsProcessing forklift repair quotes and engineering reportsManaging weekly and monthly Health and Safety reportsProcessing PPE orders and Health and Safety training requestsLiaising with store and Head Office colleagues on Health and Safety mattersAssisting the Health and Safety Manager with administrative dutiesProviding first line support for retail store queriesCreating and managing users on internal systemsProducing and distributing internal reports Person SpecificationPrevious experience in a retail administration environment is advantageousHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitaskAbility to work to deadlines and manage competing prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build effective working relationships with stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, full time 8:45am - 5:30pmSalary: To be discussed upon application This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual looking for a long-term position within a fast-paced and supportive ..... full job details .....
