Working as part of the Membership team, you will play a key role in supporting members throughout their membership journey, ensuring all enquiries and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Process membership applications, renewals and amendments accurately.
- Respond to member enquiries via telephone, email and online channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and update membership records on internal databases.
- Provide administrative support across the Membership department.
- Process payments, invoices and membership documentation where required.
- Investigate and resolve member queries, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Produce reports and assist with data management and record keeping.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and data protection requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and service level agreements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the member experience.
- Previous experience within an administration or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Experience using CRM or database systems would be advantageous.
- A proactive, positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- £14.00 per hour.
