About the Role

An experienced Administrator is required to join a busy team in Peterhead, working office-based on a six-month temporary contract. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including handling absence management records, preparing documentation, and monitoring policy application. You will respond to enquiries from managers and staff with professionalism and discretion. This full-time position offers a salary of £28,777 per annum, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, including a one-hour lunch break. An enhanced disclosure is required. Our client is looking for an experienced and organised Administrator to join their busy team in Peterhead on a 6-month temporary contract.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administrative service, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records and dealing with enquiries in a professional and sensitive manner.
Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and record absence management data and information.
  • Prepare and issue relevant paperwork.
  • Monitor and record the application of policies and procedures.
  • Deal with general enquiries from managers and staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare reports for management as required.
  • Provide an effective and efficient administrative service.
  • Ensure electronic and paper-based communications and documentation are processed appropriately.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with data protection legislation.
  • Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.
