About the Role
Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts is seeking an Administrator for a full-time, temporary position paying £14.51 per hour. Based across various Edinburgh locations, this role requires flexibility to travel across the city. Working Monday to Thursday 0830–1700 and Friday 0830–1555, you will support administrative tasks including managing a shared mailbox, handling cash, completing banking transactions and reconciliations, and answering queries by phone, email, and in person. You will also collaborate with the wider team using MS Teams. Strong customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, and a willingness to learn are essential for this ongoing role.

Location – Various locations across Edinburgh – must be happy to travel across the city
Hours of work – Monday – Thursday 0830 – 1700, Friday 0830 - 1555
Start date – as soon as possible
Duration – Ongoing
Pay rate - £14.51 per hour
As an Administrator, you will be:
- Supporting various locations across Edinburgh with their administrative tasks
- Managing a shared mailbox
- Liaising with the wider team via MS Teams
- Answering queries by phone, email and in person
- Cash handling
- Completing banking transactions
- Completing reconciliations
- Any other administrative tasks as required.
You should have excellent customer service, be comfortable with Microsoft Office packages and be willing to learn.
This role will require a Level 1 Disclosure Scotland at a cost of £25.
