About the Role
Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts is seeking an Administrator for a full-time role based in Kilsyth, paying £13–£15 per hour. Admin Assistant (Commercial Department) – Kilsyth
Location: Kilsyth (fully office-based)
Pay Rate: £13 – £15 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP (week commencing Monday 15th June)

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a shared mailbox and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Supporting material management processes
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are prioritised effectively
- General administrative support within a busy commercial team
- Keeping systems and workflows organised and up to date
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook essential)
- Experience with DocuSign and SAP (preferred)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep information well organised
