Administrator
Pertemps are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Administrator to join our client’s team in Sandbach on a temp or temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations by progressing chase activities, updating customers, organising deliveries, and liaising effectively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities of this Administrator role:
- Progress chasing and providing updates to customers
- Organising and coordinating deliveries
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Maintaining accurate records and administrative support as required
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Must be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Location: Sandbach
- Monday to Friday 7:30-17:00
- Hourly rate of pay: £13.00ph
- Temp or temp to perm for the right candidate
