Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:00
Salary: £28,000

Main Duties
Log, check, and process new orders, creating job files with detailed customer requirements
Create and verify floor plans, measurements, and material requirements
Liaise internally and externally to confirm and communicate accurate data for service and order delivery
Maintain databases including Excel, SharePoint, and SAP
Keep job files, contracts, and correspondence up-to-date, ensuring version control and accessibility
Assist in fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams by managing inquiries and tracking outstanding actions
Carry out additional tasks as required by the business
Skills Required
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a range of administrative duties
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent literacy and numeracy abilities
Good team player with strong communication skills across all levels
Full clean UK driving licence (desirable)
