Pay Rate: £13 per hour
We’re looking for an organised and reliable administrator to support day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in line with company processes and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all administrative processes are carried out in line with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR)
- Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Supporting compliance checks, audits, and internal reviews
- Monitoring and updating internal systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assisting with document control, ensuring all files are stored and filed correctly
- Flagging any discrepancies or compliance issues to relevant stakeholders
- Supporting onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed and compliant
- Adhering to internal controls and reporting standards at all times
- Staying up to date with relevant compliance guidelines and administrative best practices
About You
- At least 2 years’ administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
