Administrator - Aylesbury
Pertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced Admin to join our client based in Aylesbury.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
Office and Hybrid options available
Hours: 9 am-5 pm
Duties:
- Managing incoming telephone calls and emails from clients and responding accordingly
- Processing of certifications and filling correctly
- Managing existing clients to guarantee repeat business
- Processing of orders and quotations
- Processing invoices
- Ordering equipment and materials
- Managing transport
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
