Administrator Part Time

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and organised Administrator to support our client’s team in Peterborough. This is a key role providing essential administrative support to various teams and ensuring the smooth delivery of face-to-face services.
This is a part time permanent role. Salary is £12,343.24 pro rata + excellent benefits including on site parking.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support at events.

Monitor attendance and report absences.

Perform general administrative tasks.

Raise purchase orders and confirm receipt of goods/services in line with financial procedures.

Manage and reconcile petty cash and, where applicable, handle cash deposits.

Promote awareness of financial regulations, processes, and submission deadlines.

Assist with the administration of probationary and appraisal reviews.

Maintain records of staff absences and coordinate holiday leave.

Provide clerical and administrative support to team members and managers.

Support Managers with administrative projects.

Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Handle internal and external mail promptly to meet deadlines.

Manage stationery supplies and place orders when needed.

Meet audit and risk compliance requirements.
