Salary: £14.00 per hour
Location: Eastleigh although Across Abri geography (travel required)
Hours: 18 hours per week

About the Role
We''re looking for a Part Time Administrator to join our clients expanding Safety & Resilience team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and a keen interest in health, safety and wellbeing.
In this role, you''ll provide essential support to ensure statutory and regulatory responsibilities are met, helping them to deliver a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for colleagues and customers.
What You''ll Be Doing as a part time administrator
- Coordinating the development, implementation and maintenance of health, safety and wellbeing policies and procedures.
- Supporting the Head of HSW with weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, including collation and analysis of H&S data.
- Providing administration support to Occupational Health, ensuring timely health surveillance and accurate records.
- Maintaining up-to-date health, safety and wellbeing records, including incident reports, risk assessments and audits.
- Monitoring accident, incident and hazard reports, allocating appropriately, and supporting investigations.
- Managing the Shared H&S inbox, handling enquiries and escalating complex requests as required.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports for senior management, demonstrating compliance and highlighting best practice.
- Tracking and updating training records to ensure compliance.
- Organising and supporting internal H&S meetings and forums, including minute-taking and action tracking.
- Supporting the wider HSW team with audits, invoices, purchase orders and general administration.
- Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with confidence managing records and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- A flexible team player who can adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience in health and safety is an advantage but not essential - we''ll support your development.
- Basic knowledge of H&S regulations and best practices.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business insurance to travel across our geography.
