Administrator / Operations Assistant

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join their friendly team, providing administrative and operational support across several areas of the business.This is a varied and hands-on role combining administration, logistics coordination, basic accounts support, order fulfilment, and day-to-day operational assistance. It would suit someone who is proactive, adaptable, and enjoys being involved in different aspects of a growing business.Key Responsibilities: Providing general administrative support across the businessAssisting with invoicing and basic accounts administrationCoordinating deliveries and logisticsPacking and preparing customer ordersMaintaining accurate and organised records and systemsSupporting day-to-day operational and office tasks as requiredAbout You: Highly organised with strong attention to detailFlexible and able to manage a variety of tasksCalm, reliable, and professional in approachStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable using Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspacePrevious administration experience preferredExperience within accounts, logistics, fulfilment, or operations would be advantageous.This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, with full-time hours being 40 hours per week. ..... full job details .....
