The IOS Colocation & Planning Controller will have a dual role, split between being the focal point for the colocation contract, dealing with the UK MOD DE&S Customer, Leonardo Site Facilities, Internal Departments & Suppliers related to Centenary House, building 100 & building 156 and supporting the Business Management team in Planning and Scheduling activities. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Accountable to the SMO Business Manager to: - Ensure that the BSPOC is made aware of any HS&E deficiencies likely to result in non-compliance with company policy and identify if efficiencies could be made. - Act as the Co-location contract point of contact for all Building 100 & 156 issues from both LH and UK MOD personnel. - Assist with IOS induction process (forms, equipment, HS&E induction pack, familiarisation of facilities) as required. - Coordinate and manage HS&E mandatory training in compliance with company requirements and update training records on SAP. - Ensure personnel have viewed/aware of applicable risk assessments and updates as required. - Act as Display Screen Equipment...
