They deliver high-quality projects for some key blue chip clients alongside Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) solutions that support businesses and communities across the UK. They''re looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their busy and supportive team, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the business. About the Role This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You''ll provide administrative support across procurement, compliance, finance and day-to-day office operations, playing an important role in keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organisational skills and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Procurement and Equipment Order plant, materials and PPE to support ongoing projects. Track hired plant and maintain accurate equipment records. Complete procurement paperwork, including booking-in forms and call-off schedules. Maintain records for company vehicles, plant and tools, ensuring compliance requirements are met. Finance and Administration Check, process and file invoices and receipts. Assist with invoice queries and maintain organised financial records.
