Administrative Assistant - Grangemouth (3-Month Contract)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team based in Grangemouth on a 3-month contract.
Location: Grangemouth
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Commercial Director
- Assist with the valuation processes of contracts / drawings and plots
- Handle payments, invoicing, and processing of certificates
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Be responsible for manual archiving and ensure efficient record keeping and archiving practices
- Manage data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Respond to emails and telephone enquiries professionally
- Support day-to-day office operations as required
£ Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in record keeping and archiving, including manual systems
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with invoicing, payments, or contract administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
