JRRL are working with a well-established, award-winning service company based in Sanderstead, and they are currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to become the heartbeat of their busy office. You''ll be the approachable voice on the phone, the calm organiser behind the scenes, and the person who ensures every project runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Duties for the Administrator

• Responding to general phone and email enquiries with professionalism and friendliness 
• Keeping records and databases accurate and up to date 
• Assisting with preparing quotations and customer communications 
• Supporting the administration of jobs from initial enquiry through to completion 
• Providing general office support to help the team stay organised and efficient
