InstaStaff are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a manufacturing company in Solihull.You will be supporting the team with a wide range of tasks which will assist in the day to day running of the business. You will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision.The duties of the Administrator will be: Answering the phones and dealing with customer and supplier queriesDealing with mail queries and enquiriesProcessing purchase invoicesProcessing sales and purchase ordersImputing information onto EXCEL and the inhouse systemKeeping the office clean and tidyMeeting and greeting visitorsMaking tea and coffeeOrdering stationary The ideal Administrator will have: Experience within a similar roleExcellent organisational skillsExcellent communication skills The hours for the Administrator will be Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 5pm, and Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm.
