Working in collaboration with the team, you will provide administration support to the Financial Advisors as well as being a point of contact for clients and answering their queries in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesSubmit applications to providersPrepare paperwork for client meetingsUpdate the inhouse CRM systemLiaise with providers by phone and emailLiaise with clients by phone and emailUsing the quotation system for in-house servicesProvide Advisors with template letters for completionSubmit online applicationsProducing reportsPerson SpecificationPrevious experience within a similar role is essential either an administration role within Financial Services - mortgage and pension sector or as an IFA Administrator Ability to manage own time and take initiative to search out solutionsExcellent communication skillsGood computer knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to build rapport with clientsWorking hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8.30am - ..... full job details .....
