Administrator - Immediate Start

Role: Administrator
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4:00pm
Salary: £12.50 an hour, weekly pay (+ attendance monthly bonus)
Temporary with the opportunity to go permanent

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced client based in Welwyn Garden City
Duties of an Administrator:
- Ensure the relevant HR data base is kept up to date, ensuring that accurate information is input on the system
- Minute taking
- Keeping all files up to date
- Dealing with compliance and right to work documents
- On-boarding new starters
- Dealing with annual leave on BrightHR
- Helping manage the recruitment for the business
- Keep training records up to date
- Printing and scanning
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience within Administration
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages; Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Confident communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Proactive and ability to work in a fast pace environment
