Administrator - Hybrid
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support with recruitment, onboarding, and reference checking. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing large volumes of applications while maintaining accuracy and excellent candidate experience. Key ResponsibilitiesManage high volumes of job applications, including screening CVs and shortlisting candidates against role requirementsCoordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidatesProcess pre-employment checks, including requesting and chasing referencesEnsure all references are verified and compliant with company and regulatory standardsMaintain and update candidate records within the HR system/ATS accuratelySupport onboarding processes, including issuing contracts and new starter documentationRespond to candidate enquiries in a timely and professional mannerLiaise with internal departments to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processesEnsure all HR administration is completed accurately and within set deadlinesAssist with general HR administration and ad hoc tasks as requiredKey Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience within an HR Administration or Recruitment Administration roleProven experience managing high-volume applications and recruitment processesStrong experience in reference checking and compliance documentationExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to prioritise workload and ..... full job details .....
