Key Responsibilities Prepare client meeting paperwork, valuations and performance reports. Support client onboarding, including application forms, transfers and suitability reports. Monitor new account openings and keep clients and Investment Managers updated. Handle client and third-party enquiries regarding portfolios and accounts. Prepare valuations, tax packs, weekly reports and annual performance reviews. Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and gather information. Support compliance checks, including anti-money laundering documentation. Manage incoming and outgoing post and assist with ad hoc projects.
