A well-established organisation within the hospitality sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a HR Administrator. You will be supporting the department manager as well as the overall team when needed. This is a temporary position for 1-2 months, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent. Job Title: AdministratorLocation: Wokingham Pay Rate: 13.50 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, working 9:00am - 3:00pm and 12:00pm - 6:00pm when needed. Flexibility is required due to meetings This is a pivotal administrative position focused on ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of staffing and HR processes. You will work closely with departmental management and HR, supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce coordination.
