The role:
As Operations Administrator, you’ll support both the Commercial and Technical departments, ensuring smooth administration and coordination across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Commercial

Administering the tender process

Managing subcontractor information and records
-
Tracking insurances and maintaining accreditations
-
Assisting QSs with subcontract payment processes
-
Processing invoices, expenses, timesheets and updating trackers
Technical
-
Raising purchase orders and managing invoices/fees
-
Updating drawing registers and handling internal drawing enquiries
-
Managing the Premier Guarantee platform and certifications
-
Supporting procurement and attending meetings with minute taking/action updates
What we’re looking for:
-
Previous experience in a property administration or construction environment
-
Confident using COINS (or equivalent systems) – Bluebeam experience is an advantage
-
Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills (Microsoft 365)
-
Ability to manage a busy workload and remain calm under pressure
