Buckley, Flintshire | £13.26 per hour | Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm

Hexagon Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client’s busy team based in Buckley, Flintshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy office environment and is looking for immediate work with Monday-to-Friday hours.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the team, helping to ensure the smooth running of the busy office.

Your duties will include:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support
• Handling emails, telephone calls and general enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Updating computer systems and databases
• Filing and organising paperwork
• Processing information accurately and efficiently
• Supporting colleagues with general office duties
• Managing workloads and prioritising tasks effectively

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in an administration role
• Confident working in a busy office environment
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Reliable, professional and hardworking
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Available to start immediately
