Your new company
An infrastructure and engineering company has an upcoming project lasting up to a year. They are recruiting strong administrators to support their contractors during this project.
Your new role

• Supporting contractors in the completion of asbestos surveys
• Reviewing data collected, picking up any errors/discrepancies
• Inputting high volumes of information onto the database
• Chasing contractors for data, ensuring the project is moving along in a timely manner
• Ensuring proper access to properties has been arranged
• Ad hoc administrative duties

What you''ll need to succeed
Previous administration and data entry experience
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and confidently chase colleagues for work
Strong PC literacy including MS Excel
Any experience with admin experience in a maintenance/housing/construction or similar background would be a bonus.
