Key Responsibilities  	 Provide day-to-day administrative support to project and operational teams. 	 Maintain accurate filing systems and project records. 	 Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries. 	 Assist with project documentation, including drawings, reports, certificates, RFIs, and NCRs. 	 Upload and manage documents on systems such as SharePoint, A-Site, and EasyBOP. 	 Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
